No — the pack is read-and-draft, and actions are human-gated. OpenClaw reads your Shopify data and writes the work for you: a refund reply, a reorder recommendation, a flagged order. It does not issue refunds, cancel orders, edit inventory, or email customers by itself. You review each draft and take the final action in Shopify admin (or your help desk) when you agree.
